ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is full-time, working 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. We also have overtime opportunities available when needed. You will dispatch directly from your home to job sites-no need to report to a central location!

As a Concrete Finisher - Laborer, your day begins at home, where you head out directly to the job site in Wyomissing, PA, or surrounding areas. You put your forming and screeding skills to work, ensuring concrete is poured to perfection for flatwork projects. You use your broom finish techniques to create smooth, durable surfaces. With your experience and attention to detail, you efficiently complete tasks, working both independently and alongside the team. Each day brings the satisfaction of seeing your work come to life!

The minimum requirements to be considered:

• 1-2 years of experience in the concrete finishing trade
• Strong skills in forming, screeding, and broom finishing
• Dependable work ethic with reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently on job sites

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience specifically finishing concrete
