Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to student-centered therapy and inclusive practices
• Flexibility for full-time (35-40 hours/week) or part-time work

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite therapy services to K-6th grade students (caseload up to 55)
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
• Track progress and maintain accurate records
• Educate and support classroom staff as needed
