Ambulatory Surgery RN: Lead Perioperative Care

Responsibilities Under the direction of the RN Manager ASC KC, assumes independent responsibility/accountably for the direct, primary care of patients through the pre/post phases of surgical care; utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care during the peri-operative phase; coordinates total patient care in coordination with other health care team members. Functions as a patient advocate utilizing the Patients' Bill of Rights; demonstrates professional growth and development by accepting responsibility and accountability for one's nursing practice; serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients and their families to facilitate safe and effective flow of patient care in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center; and assists in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff, as well as perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. 1 year nursing experience. Compensation & Benefits $3,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible re‑hire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Pay range: $41.56 – $64.52 per hour (additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
