WHAT?
Join the State of New Mexico as a Desktop Support Technician supporting desktop and laptop hardware, Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing platforms). You'll troubleshoot technical issues, resolve help desk tickets, collaborate with vendors, and ensure reliable desktop operations across the organization.
