Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | On-Call Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures including right and left heart catheterization
• Assist with cardiac stent placement and related interventional procedures
• Circulate procedures within the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Provide on-call coverage during weeknights and weekends as required by unit needs
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float between facilities within the state as needed to meet staffing demands

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required (hard stop)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must not be a first-time travel nurse
• LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 or more years of total RN experience
• Prior experience working within an acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
