A Quality Facility Services (AQFS)is looking for a motivated Janitorial Team Lead to join our team in Natrona Heights, PA .

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting our employees and customers.

Lead and assist janitorial team members
Train, coach, and support employees
Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met
Provide coverage when staffing needs arise
Track labor hours and support operational goals
Place weekly supply orders
Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure updates
Work closely with the Account Manager
Identify opportunities to improve service
Help maintain a positive, productive work environment

Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
