Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. This role supports leadership development, leads customer interactions, strategizes to achieve sales goals, and executes Standard Operating Practices, such as opening and closing the store.
