Clinical Coordinator, Nursing

Responsible for securing and evaluating clinical sites for the School of Nursing, the full-time Clinical Coordinator will manage relationships with healthcare facilities, support student clinical placements, and assist with curriculum data collection in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to ensure quality clinical experiences that support the nursing curriculum Assist students with clinical attendance requirements and monitor clinical partnership agreements for uninterrupted access to sites Collaborate with the Dean of Nursing on data collection related to student learning outcomes from clinical experiences Required qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Experience with Sales Force preferred Highly organized and focused with a commitment to continuous improvement Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
