Maintenance Technician

Your Role:
- Troubleshoot and repair: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches
- Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking
- Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal
- Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Travel between multiple locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience
- Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license/insurance and ability to travel between stores
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing)
