We are currently seeking dedicated CMA team members at Marion Assisted Living for multiple shifts (FT/PT/PRN, Day and Night Shifts) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Position Summary

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Marion Assisted Living, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents while safely administering medications and promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. The CMA at Marion Assisted Living plays a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed in accordance with state regulations and Marion Assisted Living policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining assistance
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at Marion Assisted Living

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state
• Previous CMA experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail, especially in medication administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including day and night shifts
