Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through our telehealth platform, utilizing various communication methods including video, audio, and written messaging to ensure effective therapeutic interactions.

• Perform initial assessments to determine client needs and problems, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain scheduled appointments, balancing your caseload and incorporating your preferred demographics into your practice.

• Use clinical judgment in implementing interventions, employing techniques appropriate for the diverse psychological needs of low-acuity clients.

• Document all interactions and track client progress through our integrated platform tools, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief support. Importantly, our platform does not engage with pediatric or high-acuity clients, which enables counselors to work with a population that shares common therapeutic goals and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license, free from disciplinary actions.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection along with a functioning PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, enabling you to live comfortably while making a significant impact in the lives of your clients.
