Member Experience Specialist - Wellness Center Sales

Power Wellness

Power Wellness at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Health & Fitness Center seeks a Member Services Associate to deliver top-tier member and guest service at the front desk, handle enrollment procedures, and recruit and retain members with upselling of ancillary services. The role involves cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing drawers, with CPR/AED certification required within 90 days.
