Facility: Jersey Shore Center
Shift: 3pm – 11pm (Five Days in a week that includes EOW) Pay rate: $40/hr on W2
Contract: 7 weeks
Start: TBD

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
