Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position available in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging studies across various body parts in outpatient, inpatient, critical care, and emergency settings. Candidates are expected to have recent MRI experience and proficiency in neuro, musculoskeletal, and abdominal imaging. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
• Schedule: Evenings, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (MR) certification, ARRT registered in MRI, BLS certification, at least 5 years of recent MRI experience performing studies for adult and pediatric patients, proficiency in neuro, musculoskeletal and abdominal imaging, experience with GE architect and SECTRA PACS system, ability to perform MRI studies on all body parts within outpatient, inpatient, critical care, and emergency settings, and licensure to submit required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE architect and SECTRA PACS system is highly preferred.
• Additional Information: Local candidates (within 80 miles) will have a bill rate that is $8 less. Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility, and scrub attire is gray scrubs. The unit has three MRI scanners and is part of a Level Two Trauma Center hospital. Orientation includes three days of day shifts followed by 2-3 night shifts as needed. The MRI department operates within the guidelines of a Stroke Certification Hospital and is equipped with GE Explorer Lift 1.5T, GE Architect 3.0T, Siemens Espree 1.5T, and EPIC Electronic Charting system.
