This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer serviceDuties and Responsibilities:Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systemsInsure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipmentCollect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performedKeep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and conditionComplete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as requiredPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in fun positions!Preferred Job Requirements for a Lead HVAC Installer:Excellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and Positive attitudeExperienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledgeValid State Driver's License & clean driving recordAble to lift up to 60 lbs.Be a Superstar (yourself)!!Pay:$20-40 per hour!!!
