What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, trade organizations, and clients. Drive high-volume, profitable sales through lead generation, strategic networking, and consistent follow-ups. Identify new sales opportunities and expand market share. Close deals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Build and manage your own sales pipeline, with your efforts directly reflected in your earnings. What You’ll Need 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or building materials. General knowledge of construction and the building industry. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
