Job Duties

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including reach trucks, slip-sheet equipment, push/pull equipment, and drive-in pallet racking.
• Load, unload, move, and properly store products and materials.
• Stack and transport products to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels using warehouse equipment and systems.
• Complete required paperwork and use inventory management systems.
• Follow product rotation procedures and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Complete daily forklift safety inspections using the required checklist.
• Maintain the facility in an inspection-ready condition for SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
• Immediately report safety concerns, incidents, or product issues to a supervisor.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Clamp Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 40 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do


As a Clamp Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

• Scan products and print labels using warehouse equipment and systems.

• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Complete other duties and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
