This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional to play a key role in preconstruction and bidding activities across a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, and public-sector projects

.The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, preconstruction teams, subcontractors, and clients to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates while supporting the company's continued growth throughout the Southeast

.
Key Responsibiliti

• esPrepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and other project document
• s.Analyze project plans, specifications, schedules, and scope requirement
• s.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotation
• s.Develop conceptual, schematic, design-development, and hard-bid estimate
• s.Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternative
• s.Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and supporting documentatio
• n.Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and scope review
• s.Collaborate with project management and operations teams during project handove
• r.Maintain historical cost databases and estimating benchmark
• s.Assist in developing procurement and bidding strategie
• s.Monitor market trends, material pricing, and labor cost

Required Qualificati

• onsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferr
• ed.3+ years of estimating experience within commercial constructi
• on.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practic
• es.Experience preparing estimates across multiple project secto
• rs.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contrac
