# **Job Description****Job Summary**Lead assigned workstreams within job architecture initiatives (e.g., job framework documentation, role clarity materials, governance processes, stakeholder reviews), supporting adoption and integration with related people capabilities (e.g., compensation, workforce planning, career and development frameworks)8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise-scale program management, HR transformation, or people strategy initiatives, including executive-facing accountability and work in complex, matrixed environmentsDemonstrated experience leading enterprise job architecture initiatives, and sustained adoption Experience working in the Title/Escrow industry or a closely related, regulated services industry is preferredExperience with Workday, particularly in job architecture, people programs, or enterprise data and reporting is preferred (hands-on configuration not required)Experience leading and developing program, project management, and/or change resources; Program Management certification is preferredStewart is on a journey to become the premier title services company.
