Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with the physical loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
