Customer Service Representative - Branch Support Floater
Benbrook, TX | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Weekends Off

M & M Sales & Equipment is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Benbrook, TX. This is a front-counter role helping customers with orders, quotes, and questions — with a real path into sales for anyone interested.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and answer calls at the front counter
• Enter and manage sales orders and quotes
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Help with will-call pickups and order flow
• Pitch in on warehouse, local deliveries, and light clerical work as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, counter sales, warehouse, or industrial supply experience a plus
• Comfortable with basic math and fast-paced, in-person customer interaction
• Valid driver's license (occasional local deliveries)
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to lift and handle product as needed
