About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Zanesville, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week, night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), every other weekend required. No call requirement.

Highlights:

• Primary assignment on Cardiac unit with occasional floating to Med-Surg areas including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
• Epic EMR system in use – current proficiency required and must be documented
• 13-week assignment with structured schedule and no call obligations
• Telemetry competency assessment administered on day one
• Night shift position with predictable rotating weekend schedule

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Hospital experience required – must be clearly documented
• Proficiency in reading telemetry and cardiac monitoring
• Current Epic EMR proficiency required and must be verifiable (refresher training not available)
• Ability to pass telemetry competency assessment on first day
