Pay: $27.00–$30.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Lebanon, TN (Greater Nashville Area)
Worksite: 1000 Richard Petty Way, Lebanon, TN 37090

Potential Annual Earnings: $56,160–$62,400+ per year , based on a 40-hour workweek (excluding shift differential, overtime, and benefits)

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Oil changes, tire services, and fluid exchanges
• Brake repairs and diagnostics
• Advanced vehicle repairs and state inspections
• Service delivery vans and fleet vehicles at a dedicated client site

✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of automotive, fleet, diesel, or maintenance experience
• Experience with DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and brake services
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be at least 21 years old
• DOT Brake Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days or we will help you get it

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• ASE Certifications
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
• Electrical, A/C, fuel, and ignition system repair experience
