The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient's experience and outcomes is essential. The nurse will perform various clinical tasks including administering medications and monitoring vital signs. Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient care is required. Compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols is mandatory. Participation in ongoing education and training is expected to maintain competencies. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate empathy towards patients and families. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial. The role is physically demanding and requires being on feet for extended periods of time.
