Pet Care Attendant

Mountaineer Pet Care Center is seeking two dedicated, hardworking team members to join our boarding and grooming facility. We are looking for reliable individuals who are passionate about animal care and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for dogs and cats in our boarding facility
• Feed, exercise, and monitor pets
• Administer medications as directed
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Assist with grooming facility operations
• Answer phones and assist customers
• Use computer systems for scheduling, records, and client communication
• Safely handle pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments

Qualifications

• Previous pet care experience preferred
• Experience handling a variety of dogs and cats preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependability required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule

• Full-time/ Part-time positions
• 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available
• Day and evening shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Weekends required
• Holidays required
• Overtime opportunities available
