Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying

• Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week).
  
• Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 4:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
  
• Experience: Applicants should have experience and comfort working autonomously - independently managing workload, workflow, and patient care without constant oversight.
  

What You'll Do

As an Ultrasound Tech, you'll be a vital part of our clinical care team, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging with accuracy, efficiency, and compassion.

Your role will include:

• Performing diagnostic ultrasound exams per physician orders
  
• Reviewing patient history and explaining procedures before each exam
  
• Positioning patients and adjusting equipment to capture high-quality images
  
• Operating ultrasound equipment and evaluating images during the scan
  
• Taking measurements, calculating values, and preparing preliminary findings for physician review
  
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  
• Keeping ultrasound equipment properly maintained and ready for use
  
• Following safety, infection control, and quality standards throughout each exam
  

What You Bring

• Associate or bachelor's degree in sonography from an accredited school (Required)
  
• Current RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) Certification (Required)
  
• Current CPR certification
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a certified sonographer
  
• Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and patient-centered care
  
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
