Your Role
In this position, you'll assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to their needs. Additionally, you'll educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and lifestyle modifications to maintain progress and prevent future injuries.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent. An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in North Dakota is required. Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics) is a plus. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
