Description:
The Eastern Lebanon County School District is now accepting applications for an Assistant Elementary Principal. The successful candidate will support the Intermediate School Principal in providing instructional, organizational, and

cultural leadership for the school (grades 3-5). The position promotes high-quality teaching and learning, a safe and

supportive environment, effective student-support systems, positive relationships with families and staff, and

consistent implementation of district goals, Board policies, and applicable law.

Minimum Requirements:

Certification in:

• 1. Master's degree in education, educational leadership, administration, or a related field.
• 2. Valid Pennsylvania Principal PK 12 administrative certification.
• 3. At least three years of satisfactory instructional or student-support experience consistent with PDE requirements for principal certification.
• 4. All background checks, clearances, mandated trainings, and other employment requirements applicable to Pennsylvania public-school administrators

Clearances:

• All required clearances must be compliant with the Pennsylvania Department of Education's mandated criteria for hire, including:
  • Current Act 34, 151, and 144
