Department Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Some managers lead Departments, managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, manage sales promotions, provide training, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures high-quality, fast food, food safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures. The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules for sales and profit goals, and motivates staff throughout the workday. Requirements Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule.
