C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a RECEIVING CLERK to join an ambitious and growing team. A receiving clerk ensures a smooth and consistent operation by conducting the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received from our contract vendors. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.

What will you do as a RECEIVING CLERK?

• Safely operate material handling equipment to transport goods
• Unload shipments into the Receiving Department in a timely manner
• Stage goods for counting and inspection
• Accurately document receiving paperwork
• Stock received goods into appropriate locations
• Retrieve orders from back goods inventory to stage for production
• Use industry-specific software to retrieve order information
• Perform physical inventory process
• Load delivery trucks
• Cross-train as a pickup and delivery driver to fill this role as necessary
• Complete tasks in compliance with safety procedures

Additional Requirements:

• Possess a Texas Driver's license (minimum of Class C) with a clean driving record
• 1-3 years' experience of warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
• Physical ability to life up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
• Physical ability to stand on a concrete surface in a non-climate-controlled work environment
