SAM streamlines project delivery through a single, coordinated team, offering in‑house capabilities across land surveying, aerial mapping, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination (UC), GIS, BIM, and construction engineering inspection (CEI). By combining advanced technology, digital workflows, and decades of experience, we provide accurate, actionable data that helps clients move critical infrastructure projects forward with confidence. Responsibilities Assist with processing vendor invoices, including data entry and basic review for accuracy Help with vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies Maintain organized AP records and documentation, including filing and record retention Monitor invoice and payment status reports and assist with tracking outstanding items Provide support with weekly payment runs (ACH, checks) Respond to basic vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices and payment status Assist with month‑end close activities Help maintain and update vendor records in the system Support process improvement initiatives and general AP team projects Perform miscellaneous Accounts Payable and accounting duties as assigned Qualifications Applicants should be enrolled in a four‑year Accounting degree program Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Great attention to detail; multi‑tasking and Strong communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to prioritize
