Power BI Developer (BPCS/ERP)

Power Bi Developer
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with hands-on experience integrating BPCS (ERP) systems. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on ERP (BPCS) data.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from BPCS/ERP systems into Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from various departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query).
- Experience working with BPCS ERP system or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or ERP reporting.
- Knowledge of financial, operations, or inventory data structures in BPCS.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
