The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.Job DetailsStarting wage of $26.00/hr + $3.00 night shift differential2nd Shift (3:00PM-12:00AM)Fulltime/PermanentWeekend work may be requiredOvertime available along with medical and retirement benefitsJob ResponsibilitiesLearning and understanding our safety culture and implementing all of Rogers Group's safety principles without compromiseOperate front-end loader to move and load shot rock, crushed stone, or overburden safely and efficiently.Maintain a consistent feed to the plant/crusher while minimizing downtime and spillage.Plant maintenance and clean up when neededPerform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or needed repairs.Assist with maintaining haul roads, loading areas, and stockpiles to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.Communicate effectively with the plant operator, haul truck drivers, and other pit personnel using radios and hand signals.May be called upon at the discretion of the supervisor in charge to perform any other duties assigned and/or to assist with other areas as necessaryQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredGeneral mechanical knowledgeAbility to maintain safe working conditionsReliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as production requires.
