Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology physician employment in New Jersey :
A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing Cardiology practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered cardiovascular care in a collaborative ambulatory setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 6pm
- Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to cardiology patients
- Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing disease management
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
- Educate patients on cardiovascular conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Previous experience in a Cardiology role/setting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
