Interventional Cardiology Nurse / Scrub Tech

Location: Sierra Vista, AZ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 On-call weekend hours: 12 days

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Interventional Cardiology Nurse/Scrub Tech with RCIS certification and scrub experience. This role will involve participation in occasional IR procedures such as vascular embolizations, port placements, vascular stenting, and nephrostomy tube insertions. The candidate will work closely within a dynamic Cath Lab environment, ensuring the highest standard of patient care and support during interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Provide direct patient care and pre/post-procedure monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize various advanced technologies and equipment relevant to interventional cardiology.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• RCIS certification required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional cardiology or related field.
• Experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures preferred.
