As a competent practitioner, the Certified Surgical Technologist 3 also engages in initiatives beyond the surgical department. Responsibilities include maintaining a sterile environment, ensuring the functionality of equipment, and supporting both invasive and non-invasive procedures to ensure optimal patient safety. This role demands extensive expertise in aseptic techniques, human anatomy, surgical tools, and advanced surgical practices, all performed in alignment with the mission and values of Tampa General Hospital. Qualifications Three (3) years of surgical experience. Demonstrated competency in at least five (5) surgical specialties.
