ResponsibilitiesLead our sales efforts by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Winchester community.
Meet one-on-one with prospective clients to evaluate their coverage needs and offer comprehensive solutions.
Review existing policies to ensure our clients have the right protection as their life situations evolve.
Mentor junior team members on sales techniques and product knowledge to help everyone succeed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes within our database.
Engage in local events and networking to build a strong, recognizable presence for The Atlantic District.
RequirementsActive Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
Ability to navigate complex policy structures and explain coverage clearly to clients.
Excellent time management skills and a focus on self-directed results.
Experience managing a pipeline of leads and converting prospects into long-term clients.
