CVOR Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.

Job Details

• Shift: 4x10, 06:15 - 16:45
• Contract Length: Contracts accepted through 02/27/2026
• Call Requirement: Required 2 days a week and every 3rd weekend
• Floating: Required to OR as needed
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Daily Visits: 6 (3 rooms)

Responsibilities

Contract staff may be assigned to work as part of the Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team, which may require reporting to work during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters. There may also be consolidation to a centralized office mid-contract with reassignment to units as needed.

Experience/Certification Requirements

• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• CVOR experience required
• Experience with ECMO and Impella procedures required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• First-time travelers accepted (with the necessary experience)

• Medication Management: PYXIS
• Documentation: EPIC
• Communication: SBAR

Scrubs are provided in blue color.

Orientation

24 hours of orientation provided, depending on the traveler's experience.
