About SDS Smart Data Systems is a software consultancy and technology staffing firm serving clients across the region, including long-standing enterprise partnerships in IT services and consulting. We're building out a stronger sales and account growth engine to match our delivery capability.

About the Role We're looking for a sales-oriented leader to own revenue growth across new business and existing accounts. This is a hands-on, accountable leadership role — someone who has personally carried a number, knows how to build repeatable sales process and pipeline discipline, and can lead a team of 4–8 BD and account management professionals to hit aggressive growth targets. You'll bring structure and rigor to how SDS sells and grows accounts, and you'll be the one held accountable for the results.

What You'll Do

• Own SDS's overall revenue and account growth number — new business and existing account expansion
• Build and enforce a disciplined sales process: pipeline management, forecasting, activity standards, and reporting
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 4–8 BD and account management professionals — setting clear targets and driving performance against them
• Personally drive new client acquisition in the IT services/staffing/consulting space, including strategic and enterprise-level deals
• Oversee account management practices to protect and grow the existing client base
• Partner with recruiting/delivery leadership to keep sales commitments aligned with delivery capacity
• Represent SDS in key client relationships and high-stakes negotiations
• Report growth performance, pipeline health, and account metrics directly to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or account management, with several years leading and holding a team accountable to revenue targets
• Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting strongly preferred
• A track record of building sales process and infrastructure — not just working within an existing one
• Comfortable being personally accountable for a number, not just team enablement
• Familiarity with VMS/MSP programs and enterprise procurement a plus
• Strong enough communicator to coach individual contributors and manage up to the CEO and President
