Position Summary Manages projects from planning through delivery, ensuring consistent project management methodologies and best practices across projects. Liaises with project members, cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to communicate and document project deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans. Responsibilities Use appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicate project schedules, changes, and budgets to stakeholders. Plan and facilitate project meetings to align stakeholders to methods and goals and track project tasks. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitor task completion statuses, identify at‑risk project tasks, and develop mitigation plans to keep project deliverables on track. Allocate resources, budgets, and hours to projects and adjust allocations as needed. Lead functional change management initiatives and partner on the development of training strategies and materials. Identify opportunities for growth and process optimization. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 3+ years of experience leading organizational projects.
