Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (CVOR/RN) position is located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves working in a 1000+ bed hospital with a Level I trauma designation, focusing on complex cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, heart and lung transplants, and ECMO. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience, prior travel experience required.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with call requirements (three layers of call 24/7) in addition to the scheduled shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active license, minimum of 2 years CVOR operating room experience, prior travel experience, willingness to take call and work 12-hour shifts.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to scrub in the cardiovascular operating room, with the ability to circulate and scrub cardiac surgeries. Floating between operating room locations may be required but not across different hospital units.
