Summary of Work Finance Division, Bismarck, ND NDDOT Starting Salary: $5,903 / month Shape the Future of Transportation with the North Dakota Department of Transportation! We look for dedicated professionals to join our team. This is a supportive force in the Financial Management Division. You will assist with various programs and PeopleSoft modules that are time sensitive and require analytical and computer technical skills. A problem solver with strong communication skills and impeccable attention to detail, you have the ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and a team player. Job Duties Include Review payment vouchers and employee expenses, correct as necessary. Enter vouchers for payment. Maintain vendor and employee data in SharePoint and FileNet. Analyze and correct coding on p-card transactions. Payroll Accountant. Reconcile vendor statements and insurance billings, correct discrepancies. Upload state fleet vouchers and review for accuracy. Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple requests at one time. Excellent communication skills, experience with preparing worksheets, fiscal analysis, reviewing expenditures, and problem-solving are preferred. You must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related degree with a major in accounting, and one year of professional accounting and/or auditing experience.
