We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, previous warehouse administrative experience, and the ability to learn and navigate company systems efficiently.

Process and manage warehouse-related administrative tasks. Use the Osmart system for daily operations (training will be provided). Handle and process customer returns through FedEx. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management. Perform general administrative duties as needed. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate software systems. Previous warehouse administration experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
