Cable Assembler

Cable AssemblerShift: 7:00am - 3:30pmPay: $20-$24/hourResponsibilitiesAssemble small connector parts and cable assemblies at a work bench using tweezers and other hand tools.Use a microscope or magnifying glass to position and secure very small components with precision.Follow written work instructions and production documentation to complete assemblies correctly and consistently.Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams related to electrical cable assemblies.Perform basic soldering tasks as required for cable and connector assembly.Prepare cables and connectors for assembly, including stripping, crimping, and organizing components.Conduct basic visual inspection of assembled parts to verify quality and compliance with standards.Use basic math to verify measurements, counts, and production specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with cleanroom-type manufacturing practices.Work collaboratively with the production team to meet output, quality, and schedule requirements.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
