Read on to learn more!The Procurement Analyst is responsible for supporting the Strategic Procurement organization through procurement operations, supplier administration, spend analysis, reporting, data management, and sourcing activities. This position supports assigned indirect and consumable commodity categories while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of procurement data, supplier records, pricing information, and reporting tools. Ensure accuracy and integrity of supplier, pricing, and procurement‑related information. Investigate, coordinate, and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Support supplier onboarding activities and maintain supplier compliance documentation. Create, maintain, and distribute supplier scorecards and performance reports. Analyze procurement spend, supplier performance metrics, and sourcing data to support business decisions. Track cost savings, cost avoidance, and procurement performance initiatives. Manage assigned indirect and consumable commodity categories. Conduct RFQs, supplier comparisons, bid evaluations, and sourcing analyses. Consistently models the Company Values and Expected Behaviors. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Management, or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, analytics or a related field. Internship, co‑op, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms preferred; JDE experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Basic negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
