As a Billing Administrator, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring invoices are prepared correctly, submitted on time, and fully aligned with client expectations and contractual requirements. You'll collaborate daily with Operations, Project Management, and Financial Controls, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both independent work and cross-functional interaction.This position offers stability, structured processes, and the ability to grow your skill set within billing, client platforms, and financial operations.Key Responsibilities• Prepare and track billing information using Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and similar tools• Create and submit invoices through a variety of client billing portals• Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with customers, Financial Controls, and Project Management• Ensure all invoices meet client contract requirements, internal guidelines, and billing standards• Enter invoices and credit memos into the accounting system accurately and efficiently• Verify payroll hours and billing rates against timesheets and contract terms• Support monthly Work-in-Process (WIP) reporting by confirming billing and payment activity• Assist the Billing Supervisor by compiling documentation for internal and external audits• Monitor overdue invoices and help resolve outstanding payment issues• Maintain accurate billing records and perform additional administrative duties as neededWhat Makes This Role Appealing• High visibility and collaboration across multiple departments• Opportunities to build technical proficiency with client platforms and financial systems• Meaningful responsibility in supporting project success and revenue accuracy• A structured, supportive environment designed to help you succeed and growNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
