Customer Support Team Associate

Location: Wilmington Branch | Schedule: Monday–Friday 6 am - 3pm | Compensation: $20.00–$22.00/hour Homans Associates (HA) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. As a Customer Support Team Associate, you will work with our internal branch locations and customer base to expedite orders from our eCommerce platform through the logistics chain — playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Of a Customer Support Team Associate Work with branch locations to communicate upcoming and expedite orders Source equipment and materials from within the company Report inventory and logistical needs to management Communicate with customers on order status and delivery/pick‑up dates Work with the customer base to resolve issues Communicate internally on potential solutions and changes Support Business Development by identifying potential growth opportunities and handing off prospects to the Business Development Center Other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Homans Associates
