Auxiliary Services Specialist

Responsibilities To oversee and manage the functions of the hospital Auxiliary, including volunteer services and Auxiliary-based fundraising activities, while supporting both hospital and Auxiliary goals and objectives. To serve as a liaison between the Auxiliary board and hospital management/staff. Qualifications Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Bachelor's Degree within non-profit, healthcare, or social services field of study Preferred
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in a non-profit or healthcare environment. Required
- Must have demonstrated experience working with the public. Required
- Experience in volunteer management, retail/gift shop setting, and program management is Preferred
- Leadership training and accounting practices Preferred
- None Required
