Major Food Group is hiring a Maitre D to join our team at Sadelle's Coconut Grove !

Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining. Since opening its first location in the heart of SoHo in 2016, the brand has reached iconic status thanks to its urbane, celebratory atmosphere and a menu of hits, including the best bagels in America.

We are looking for a bright and dynamic hospitality professional with extensive knowledge of food, beverage and service to create an extraordinary experience for our guests. As one of the first points of contact with guests, the ideal candidates must exhibit enthusiasm, desire and all round passion for hospitality excellence.

RESPONSBILITIES :

• Greet & treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests expectations.
• Oversee dining room operation in a restaurant
• Help flow of traffic in and out of restaurant.
• Engage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge.
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
• Performs other duties as directed.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3 years of restaurant experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants.
• Open availability including, mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
