Construction Estimator #21-00085

We're hiring for an experienced Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating, pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations for a large variety of commercial and government construction projects. Responsibilities:

Estimating and quantity take-offs
Preparing and managing bid packages
Scheduling
Cost control
Managing RFI
Subcontractor management
Obtains pricing for materials
Client relations
Procurement
Bid analysis and quality control

Requirements:

3+ years' DOD or government estimating project experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
Takeoff Experience
Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
Ability to work in a team environment
Federal or government project experience
